"I love music. I don't want to be labeled as a rapper, or put into any category. I am a musician. You can find good music in every genre."
I have lived all around the world, but my earliest memories in life are from Hawai'i, which is where I consider home. I spent my adolescent years in upstate New York. My Dad was in the military, so we moved a lot.
After my parents divorced, I moved out of the house at age 16 . After getting arrested a few times, I saw my life going nowhere so I changed things up and joined the Marine Corps at age 21.
The military was really good for me. I thrived there. Through 11 years of service I gained my Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Bachelors in Electronics System Technology, and established myself as an expert in process improvement with a proven track record of performance in cost reduction and process improvement projects aboard MCBH.
Feeling unfulfilled, I left the military to follow my heart and create my own path. In 2018 I went back to school, started composing music, registered my label and trademarks, and in 2020 I graduated from the MELE program at Honolulu Community College.
(Inspiration behind the song "Father's Rights")
I was awarded sole custody of my children by Hawai'i Court in 2015 when me and my ex wife divorced. While transitioning out of the service, I allowed the children to have an extended visit with her. She then illegally and fraudulently filed an ex-parte emergency temporary custody order in North Carolina. Without any third party investigation, the order was erroneously approved (which is illegal per the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act).
I have been illegally denied contact with my kids since May 2018 due to custodial interference by my ex wife, who is continuously filing ex-parte domestic violence protection orders based on lies.
My children have been denied from their father for nearly four years while I patiently fight for my civil rights.
I feel that music has helped me to heal and grow as a person. Now I want to help other artists develop, and I want to use my music and my experiences to help anyone who feels alone, hurt, betrayed, abused, neglected, taken advantage of - anyone who is being wronged but does not have a voice or means to defend themselves. That is what Tranquil Fury Music was born from.
I started releasing singles in 2019, and my debut album "Cancer Season" released in the summer of 2021. It was an acoustic album made with just me and my ukulele. Follow me on Spotify and you can check it out there. New music releasing in 2022.
If you've never been through it, you are probably unaware of the inequalities that men face in the U.S. family court system, and the flagrant violations of our parental rights, that occur on a regular basis.
There is a silent epidemic of fathers being erased from their children's lives. I had to make this documentary so that people know the truth. It was removed from YouTube at 2500 views.
